Damaged Orders

• Photographs of the shipping packaging

We will review each request and determine an appropriate resolution.

Mail Club Subscription

By joining the Spoken & Written Mail Club, you agree to receive recurring shipments according to your selected subscription plan.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscription fees are charged automatically at each renewal period.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

• Cancellation does not affect shipments that have already been processed.

• Subscription contents may vary from month to month.

• Promotional items and limited editions are available while supplies last.
